Elan Financial Services - Won't let me redeem rewards
I've been using Elan for 2 years as our primary business card. They keep giving me the runaround on redeeming points.
It's a process that should be very simple using the online portal.. in theory. Well turns out we have 2 cards for our business, one for me, and one for another manager. They won't let us transfer points from one account to the other, or combine points from both accounts.
I cannot access one of the accounts on the online portal, and therefore can't redeem them. I tried to redeem the points over the phone and they said there is an error that won't allow it.
We're talking over $200 in points... The process has been shady from the beginning.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
