Elan Financial Services - Thieves
After a credit card payment of 8/26/19 was rejected through an on-line glitch in the bank's system, I called to find out why the payment was rejected on 9/12/19. After finding out the payment was rejected through the fault of the bank, Elan Financial Services, I also found out that my credit line was reduced and my minimum payment was increased 3 fold.
I was never contacted of any of these proceedings and the customer service agent was very unco-operative in helping to resolve their error. This company has ruined my credit through a glitch in their system and the "supervisor" ie low end customer service agent, was absolutely rudely unhelpful. The first agent's name was "Essence" and the "supervisor" was named "Nicole". "Nicole" however did give me her employee ID number (albeit probably a false one) as 111****.
They both refused to help me resolve this issue, nor did either seem to care whether it got resolved or not.
Their customer service representatives are unknowledgable, untrained and unhelpful.

Elan Financial Services Cons: Rude agents, Unknowledgable agents, Theft, Will ruin your credit to cover up their mistake.
