Elan Financial Services - Poor service, never can get phone calls through
I got a letter from them saying that they need to verify some information. Using the list phone number on the letter, I called them several times. Each time, I tried at least 45 minutes and no one ever answered the phone.
It kept saying that "a representative will answer the phone soon" , but it nerve happened after even hours.

If you can, just get a credit card from a better bank. I think Elan primarily deals with smaller banks that need to outsource credit card type of stuff.
I've called like 6 times because someone has stolen my credit card info & maxed it out.
Each time the wait was 1 hour-2 hours (before just automatically getting disconnected...doesn't tell me a wait time). Elan is really awful.
