Elan Financial Services - No help, no recourse
I reported four fraudulent credit card charges to Elan in late August; three were swiftly reversed, but one was overlooked. It is now late-October and I am still waiting on the final $100 charge to be reversed despite calling once every couple of weeks.
Customer service tells me every time that my "case officer" will call me within 24-48 hours (no calls) and that a credit will be issued in 5-10 days (no credit). I even have two letters stating that a provisional credit was 1. issued (false) and 2.
finalized (false). Calling Elan is no help and I have no other options, so basically they have stolen $100 from me.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Elan Financial Services Cons: Phone support, Customer service, Fraud department, Lies.
