I was in NYC last night using my credit card in place of my debit card (I was being sent a new one and my old one was already cancelled, faster than the 2 weeks grace, since I work on the road). The credit card was cancelled shortly after 2 AM.

I was stranded with no access to public transit, food, and my phone was soon at 3% without a phone charger. A warning would have been nice. My only option at this point was to walk 4.5 hours back to my hotel... but that wasn't even possible.

No foot traffic is allowed through the Lincoln Tunnel. Luckily I found a good Samaritan and I was able to hitch a ride back. I rolled in at 6:30 AM.

I barely got any sleep. They've had me on hold for 30 minutes and all I want is some *** food and a cigarette.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Being stranded in nyc for 4 hours.

Dont blame you. I would be mad, too. They have no good excuse for that nonsence.
