I LITERALLY have never had a worse customer experience in my life. No exaggeration.
A few items: They spelled my name wrong on my card - first AND last. I called 3 times for them to fix it, each time they next-day mailed me a replacement and it was still wrong. I have 5 misspelled cards. Also, it's a business card and anything over $200 gets declined.
It took me 30 minutes to buy one piece of equipment and I STILL ended up using my personal card. The automated phone system won't recognize voice OR key presses. Had to wait for 10 minutes before it finally defaulted to a representative. No secure email.
Rewards don't post. Doesn't integrate with quickbooks.
